Businesswoman and producer Rhodora “Doray” Morales owns various companies and has businesses in consultancy, land development, logistics, pharmaceuticals, travel, and more.
One of her passions is elevating Filipino arts and culture on a global scale. She has given financially assistance to Filipino representatives to compete abroad in various contests and championships.

She is a consistent and anonymous donor, providing support to thousands of scholars throughout the years, from grade school to college.
She continues to remain in service in silence by seeking new talent and brilliant minds together with Grand Smart Holding Corporation in its mission to provide products, services, and solutions that contribute to the improvement of lives and living conditions of communities locally and internationally.

Chairman and Founder of the Paragon Group of Companies (PGC), Leandro “Ditoy” Atayde heads an array of investments ranging from independent renewable and conventional power producers, two pharmaceutical distributorships, business consultancy, logistics management, brokerage, and a travel corporation.
His journey began as the Mobil Oil Philippines Inc. regional manager for Visayas and Mindanao in 1983. Five years later, Atayde and his friends put up a brokerage firm specializing in handling sensitive products and shipments where he was the Vice President for Operations. The business later expanded into a surveying firm, and ventured into power plant engineering, pharmaceuticals, business consultancy, logistics management and travel agency companies.
A believer in teamwork and team effort, he does not shy away from making mistakes and knows this is a part and fundamental part of success.
He graduated at De La Salle University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
He is now dedicating his business acuity to Grand Smart Holding Corporation in its investments for products, services, and solutions to address market needs and demands of communities.
